Pilot service rules
Permission first. Evidence at every stop.
Effective August 7, 2026. These rules govern the controlled pilot. Formal marketplace terms remain subject to qualified legal review before paid field operations open.
Runner responsibilities
- Place materials only at campaign-approved private or semi-public locations where the campaign owner or venue has documented permission.
- Never trespass, vandalize, litter, damage property, cover official signs, block visibility, or place materials in unsafe areas.
- Follow campus, venue, city, transit, residential, and private-property policies even when a job looks available nearby.
- Submit honest proof: a clear photo of the real placement, accurate GPS, timestamp, permission confirmation, and the assigned QR ID.
Business responsibilities
- Provide accurate instructions, approved venue types, permission records, removal rules, artwork, and prohibited-location guidance.
- Set clear compensation and fund campaigns through Stripe before runners begin work.
- Review proof promptly and give a specific reason when evidence is rejected or needs resubmission.
- Own or license campaign content, honor removal requests, and respect venue and property-owner rights.
Payments and evidence
Campaign Checkout runs on Stripe. Runner payout onboarding remains disabled until classification, payout-policy, tax/KYC, and counsel gates are approved. PromoRun does not store card or bank details. Photo, GPS, time, QR, and permission evidence may be reviewed for payment, fraud prevention, safety, disputes, and legal compliance.
Local rules and permission still control
PromoRun does not grant permission to place material at any location. Businesses and runners must comply with local advertising rules, campus and venue policies, property rights, removal requests, tax requirements, and all written campaign restrictions. Stop work when authorization is unclear.
Pilot participation and disputes
Applying does not guarantee selection, assignments, earnings, or campaign results. Pilot participants must be at least 18, provide accurate information, keep credentials private, and follow the written scope. PromoRun may pause unsafe or suspicious work, preserve evidence for review, reverse duplicate or erroneous credits, and request additional proof. Disputes must use the in-product record so evidence, messages, and decisions remain auditable.
