Support / FAQs

Clear before anyone goes into the field.

Answers for runners and businesses about pay, materials, verification, and permission-first operations.

How do flyer runners get paid?

Flyer routes pay for unique, approved placements with accepted photo, GPS, timestamp, and tracking-ID evidence. The current 20-placement pilot reserves $50 for the runner and targets about $20 per hour.

Who pays for printing and booth materials?

The business funds required printing, booth setup, apparel, merchandise, shipping, venue access, and approved reimbursements before work begins. Runners are not expected to front unapproved campaign costs.

Where can materials be placed?

Only at legal, permitted, publicly accessible, or campaign-approved locations. Venue permission, campus rules, local law, safety requirements, and removal requests always control.

How does proof review work?

Each required unit can include a unique tracking ID, photo, GPS coordinates, timestamp, notes, and permission confirmation. Reviewers approve, reject, or request resubmission before earnings are released.

What is a Runner Card?

A Runner Card is a verified field-work profile showing a required portrait, locations, methods, ratings, reliability, proof quality, mission history, strengths, and growth areas.

Can businesses request custom work?

Yes. Custom briefs can combine flyer routes, booth crews, field representatives, sampling, merchandise, team leads, and rights-cleared premium visibility. All access and compliance requirements must be documented.
