What PromoRun collects
Account and profile information, business campaign briefs, Runner Card information, payment-provider identifiers, support messages, and assignment evidence such as photos, location coordinates, timestamps, tracking IDs, and review notes.
How information is used
We use information to operate the marketplace, match qualified runners, validate permitted work, prevent duplicate or fraudulent proof, process campaign funding and payouts, resolve disputes, provide reports, and maintain platform security.
Visibility and sharing
Runner profile fields chosen for a Runner Card may be visible to businesses. Assignment evidence is shared with the campaign owner and authorized reviewers. Payment details are handled by Stripe; private files are stored with restricted access controls.
Location and photo controls
Location and photo evidence is collected only for active assignment verification. Do not upload unrelated people, private interiors, identification documents, or content outside the campaign brief.
Retention, access, and deletion
Operational and financial records may be retained as required for fraud prevention, disputes, tax, and legal compliance. Contact privacy@promo-run.com to request access, correction, or deletion subject to those obligations.
